Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-7 days for orders to process and ship. Average delivery time is 5-10 days, depending on the destination and courier volume. If you require an order by a specific date, feel free to email your request and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Ground Shipping (3–7 business days):

• Flat Rate - $6.99

Rush delivery may be available for orders, upon request with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Damaged, Stolen, Lost Package

Esqo & Co LLC is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact the shipping carrier, file a claim, and email hello@esqo.co to notify.

Unclaimed Packages/Undeliverable Addresses:

Esqo & Co LLC is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or up to a $25 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any purchase but do offer exchanges and store credit for future purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate sizing issues but is solely at the our discretion. Please email hello@esqo.co for more information.
